Stress Indicator Tool

Working in partnership with the UK Health & Safety Executive, Jonk Software developed the “Workplace Stress Indicator” tool for conducting Surveys and associated data analysis relating to stress in the workplace.

With trademark emphasis on ease of use through simplicity of design, we used the Oracle web cartridge to create the questionnaire and a data-driven, dynamic reporting tool.

Our “Workplace Stress Indicator” tool enables easy identification, accurate quantification and comparative analysis of stress within specific groups of individuals in any organisation compared against a national benchmark and /or user-defined benchmarks.

The tool can also be used to identify how stress in the same demographic groups change over time which makes it a powerful tool for measuring the relative success of stress reduction programmes.
