Supporting People

In 2003 we successfully bid against Anite, Oracle Corporation and other major IT suppliers to supply an advanced new housing benefit system to one of the largest UK local authorities.

The "Supporting People" application we created is 100% web-enabled and built using Oracle Forms & Reports6i, Oracle 8.1.7 database and Application Server 9i on Solaris.

The system is now integrated as a module in Oracle Applications 11i and interfaces with more than 100 other IT systems including Oracle Financials and SAP.

Designed and built exclusively by Jonk, the system administers more than £30 million in benefits and manages several thousand property specific, client-related services across the UK.
