Jon has been developing bespoke Oracle applications since 1990 and has extensive experience building quality custom solutions across a wide range of business and industry sectors including technology, banking, transport & distribution, manufacturing, health, education, local government, utilities, energy and defence.

He is experienced in all aspects of the Oracle development lifecycle including Project Management, Requirements Analysis, Systems Analysis & Design, Data Analysis, Business Process Modelling, Dimensional Modelling, Database Design, Data Warehouse Design, Interface Design, Data Cleansing, Data Migration and System Testing.

He is proficient in many Oracle development tools including PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OAFramework, JDeveloper, J2EE, Forms, Reports, Discoverer, Designer, Workflow Builder, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, SQL*Developer and TOAD.

In 2003 Jon personally beat Oracle Corporation and Anite Public Sector in competitive tender for the design and delivery of advanced Local Government Social Security systems managing more than £100M in benefits to 60,000+ Tenants pa.

Following the successful implementation of "Supporting People" he was invited to Westminster to meet with the UK Government.
